Will a samsung 970 evo work in this? I installed one and bios does not see it. Asus told me that samsung evo do not work with their motherboards but I see another reviewer used a samsung evo with this laptop with no issues null

You have to initialize any new drives you install before you can use it by going into disk management

If the manufacturer tells you it will not work, don't try it. Don't read just one review and assume that it will work. That one person might have done some modifications to get it to work which can be risky to do if you don't know what you're doing.
