Definitely do this yourself to forgo paying a ridiculous amount of money for someone to do a 2 minute job. There's 14 phillips head screws to remove the bottom panel and access the internals; Ram stick installation is the easiest thing you could do with computers. You don't even need to watch a specific demo video of this model to do it; It works all the same in laptops just as desktops. Just YouTube a how-to on laptop RAM installation. You'll be glad you did.
