“How many free slots you have in order to increase the memory to 32”

• It has one open slot. I guess the other 16GB is on the otherside of the motherboard or soldered in. I just opened mine and I see one open memory slot and one open SSD slot. I'm going to buy a 16GB stick of memory to bring my laptop up to 32GB.
