- Answer On your receipt, it will have instructions on how to download it. You're supposed to download GeForce Experience and then download another third party program to reserve your copy. It hasn't been released yet, so the game is a reservation. When it gets released you will have to go into the program and download it.

- Answer I bought the Ballistix gaming memory version of this. $75 and I'm super happy with it so far. https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/rog-zephyrus-m-gu502gv/CT14852473 I think the ram you were looking at would be just fine. This just what I have chosen for this and my previous MSI laptop.

- Answer Definitely do this yourself to forgo paying a ridiculous amount of money for someone to do a 2 minute job. There's 14 phillips head screws to remove the bottom panel and access the internals; Ram stick installation is the easiest thing you could do with computers. You don't even need to watch a specific demo video of this model to do it; It works all the same in laptops just as desktops. Just YouTube a how-to on laptop RAM installation. You'll be glad you did.

Questiondoes this laptop have liquid cooling or extra fans to not over heat

- Answer This computer has dual cooling fans with inlet vents on the bottom. It can tend to run hot at times, but the fans seem to be able to keep this under control. I have not used it for any major gaming yet so am not sure how it will perform on that, but it has performed well with 3d design programs.

- Answer It should work, but I believe the timing on the soldered RAM is CL19. So the faster timings won't do much. They will clock to whatever is slowest. You always want to try to get matching timing when matching dual channel memory.

- Answer Yes, sort of. in power settings there's an option for "quiet" use, which minimizes power to manually reduce heat and reduce fan need. also. don't use this literally on your lap. you need a table thing. if it's on cloth or something like that it'll eliminate the air flow, making the fans work harder.
