• It's wired only on the Xbox. It's super nice, but if you're only using it on the Xbox I'd say there are better options out there for sure.

• There is a 2.4ghz dongle i assume you use for console that it will pair to when you use the LCD to select 2.4ghz mode.

• The Xbox has to use the Dongle. The Mic mute button below the right Thumbstick doubles as a pairing button for other devices.
