It could, however there are variables to consider such as the location where it will be connected. 4K is a sizable home, with many walls, and presumably floors for signals to go through. Something to also keep in mind is that higher/faster frequencies do not travel as far as lower, slower frequencies so while it may cover that volume of space, it will likely not do it with consistent speeds. I have a 3,800 sq ft home with the primary Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro located in the basement mechanical room where cable distribution is located. It reaches to the upper floor of our home, however the signal is weak with two floors between. It was for this reason that I purchased a secondary Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE98 Pro, which is connected as an AI mesh node, to provide a solid signal to every corner of my home, on every level. This router may not be the best for you. You may wish to look at Wi-Fi 7 capable mesh Wi-Fi which will certainly cover your space more efficiently.
