• It contains no mounting hardware, but a creative/resourceful person could invert it and rig a way to hang it up from a ceiling. Keep in mind it's also got eight antennas coming out from it, so it's not exactly designed for ceiling mounted esthetics.

• Yes, this router model can be mount to the ceiling using a compatible third-party mounting bracket. It does not come with a mounting bracket.
