Yes, hard reset each node device no setup required on that device and then just plug in. Go into new router in your app or web and add the node. It will not find the device if you have not done a hard reset on the node first.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They should be, so long as the firmware versions are updated and one is configured as the master while the other as a node. It might be easier to factory reset your AX11000 and then configure it.
