You would need to use disk management, and partition the drive.

Get the intel rapid storage technology drivers for your SSD and put them on the flash drive you are installing windows from. When you get to the part where you select what drive to install to and your drive is missing you need to load the drivers by browsing to your flash drive and selecting the drivers so windows will recognize it.
