• I bought an open-box and it was simply an exposition model (in-store). It was perfect, not a single flaw but was only delivered with the charger and no packaging which I did not mind. I would go for it again without a second thought

• Hi Alan, I've purchased and received the Open-Box "Excellent Condition". It came in pristine condition, but was not in its factory box and missing the customizable plates. Function wise its excellent!
