Is the Ram issue fixed? null

I can only speak from my personal experience with this computer. I have had no noticeable issues related to RAM or really anything else from this machine.

I don't think so. It is hardware related and would only really be addressed through a new model or recall. The only workaround is to upgrade the ram to a specific type/brand. Unfortunately, I don't think I used the right 32gb of ram. The speed is still stuck at 2666 speed. However, it works very well for my purposes (wireless VR via Oculus Quest 2 and Virtual Desktop).
