• Yes with a usbc to hdmi 2.1cable u can do 4k 120hz hdr

• Yes, the USB-C/DisplayPort port will support an external 4K monitor @60Hz, it will not support 120Hz.

• No, you cannot do 4k via the USBC port. The laptop does support 120hz by default though. So, no to the 4k. Yes, to the 120 hz.
