There should be a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Also, Best Buy's 15-30 day return policy (depending on your membership level). When I swapped the RAM, I did not see any "voided if removed" labels, but there were protective stickers over the RAM slots. Definitely remove those carefully and keep in a safe, reusable place if you want to help preserve any warranties.
