“Why does the Asus site say this laptop comes with Win 10 pro, but when the laptop is powered up, its Win10 Home.. how do we get the Win10 Pro that was advertised? That is part of the reason for buying this laptop”

• The laptop was not advertised preinstalled with Windows 10 PRO, to have the OS version installed, an upgrade PRO version needs to be purchased separately.
