- Answer it's the 110W version which will boost to 130W. max-p is not a real thing just something some manufacturers use but it's among the higher wattage available so it's considered max-p. There are other laptops with 140W tdp which will get more performance. However compared to the Zephyrus which is 80W this is way more performance.

- Answer No it hasn't been on the site for a few weeks. I've been watching BB a month+ for it to be listed, and it only appeared abt 1 week ago, immediately as Sold Out. So when did it appear and how do you pre-order if it never shows on the site yet?

- Answer It's bestbuy... the biggest brick and mortar store for electronics in the USA. If you can get it into your cart and pay for it then yea it's guaranteed but good luck getting there.

QuestionI really like seeing all the specifications that this computer has. This question is for best buy team, do you know if this same computer of this version could be in best buy very soon but instead of a 17.3 screen it is 15.6? for me its a decision maker.

- Answer This model (Strix G17) has a 17.3 inch screen. However, there is a 15.6 inch version called the Strix G15. It's the same price and same specifications other than the screen size. There is also a much thinner model from Asus with the same specs, however the power limits are different causing it to perform a little worse. If you're looking for a thin but powerful laptop, the Zephyrus G15 is also a good choice. It's also in stock quite often.

QuestionAre the colors of the display similar to dash 15 2021 or more like the g15 zephyrus' qhd? I've seen the 2021 g15 zephyrus, and after seeing the dash15, I notice the colors are much more in the zephyrus.

- Answer This is the 1080p screen with not great color gamut. the qhd 1440p screens are far superior but the only g17 sku with a 1440p screen is the SCAR for 3k and has a 3080. There is no sku of this laptop with just a better screen unfortunately which is what I'm looking for personally. (there is an european sku G713QR-K4038T but that's not coming to the US)

- Answer On external displays yes. The internal display is not g-sync ultimate (what used to be known as g-sync) but is the new g-sync which is just freesync that nvidia now supports.
