This Motherboard is a full ATX board. According to the HP site the MB that came with that computer is "Form factor: uATX: 24.0x24.0 cm (9.4x9.4 in)", which is much smaller than the Z390-E. Unless the case has enough extra room to support the full ATX size I would say no.
