If you mean does this come with an Intel CPU, then the answer is no. You must purchase that separately. It does however have the Z590 chipset for the south bridge which controls the lower PCIe slots, SATA connections, so on. Every slot is backwards capable of PCIe 3.0x1. The only way that you can get PCIe 4.0 on the top slots is with the use of a 11th gen CPU. If you use 10th gen, everything is 3.0.
