What's the difference between this model and the other do they both get 360hz and perform well? im not much into all the technical specs and so I just need a 360hz monitor which is good null

The only difference is that the pricier QNR model supports Nvidia's Reflex Latency Analyzer feature which lets you optimize your PC or Mouse latency configuration. (Like a weight scale for weight, now monitor is a latency scale for latency). The QN model doesn't have this feature. Besides that, it's all the same.
