• No setup available right now will run 4k ultra 144. Look at youtube benchmarks. I have a water cooled i9 9900K over clocked to 5.0 GHZ, 32GB 3200MHZ Ram, and a 2080ti FE overclocked and average 98-103 FPS on medium settings with 75% resolution scale in most AAA games. We are still a few years off from what you are looking for.

• No. You’ll never get 4K at 144 that’s not possible with any tech today. You could get up to 110 possible but not with out stressing out you gpu.
