Yes it does. It will work in a pinch, but note 2 things. 1. 480fps mode is limited to 1080p. At 1440p you will only get up to 240fps. 2. 1440p is going to look blurry on a 4k monitor as it is not a roundly divisible resolution, like 1080p.
