“Are these switches hot swappable? Like say I wanna use cherry mx blue, can I take these reds out and put blue in instead?”

• You absolutely CANNOT replace the actual key switches on this board. They keycaps can be switched, but the switches them selves are not swappable. It is not listed as a feature on the Asus website. That would be a pretty big feature to omit from the product description.
