• Yes this comes with 16gb on board and a 16gb stick for a total of 32GB. The listing is wrong.

• Yes - it has 16GB built into the motherboard and another 16GB stick which I upgraded to a 32GB giving me a total of 48GB. This is the max memory you can have on this model.
