What you saw was likely the integrated graphics in the CPU, which it has along with the discrete graphics.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's likely that the dedicated gpu is disabled for whatever reason. First, I would try updating your drivers by going to Nvidia's website. If that doesn't work, try checking device manager (which you can get to with win - x) and see if it shows up under display adapters. Check the attached picture if you have trouble finding it.
