Memory is expandable. This memory config is 8G(soldered on board) + 8G(in slot). If I recall the spec correctly, you can replace the latter one with a 32G so that you'll have 40G. There is no 3070 in Zephyrus G14 as of today. But, one youtuber posted a video comparing G14 3060 and G15 3070. He got around 20% difference.
