All mobile gpus are pretty much the same if they have the same name (3060 = 3060, 3070 = 3070, 3080 = 3080), the only real difference is wattage which is tuned by the laptop manufacturer, not nvidia. This has wattage of 60w with 5w of dynamic boost, which is comparable to last year's max-q variant. The wattage range for the 3060 in any laptop is in general between 60-115 watts. More watts = more clock speed headroom but also more heat.
