• Currently Thunderbolt is only available on laptops with Intel CPUs (Something do with Intel's licensing). The upcoming USB 4 specification promises "Thunderbolt 3" compatibility and speeds. I wouldn't expect it to show up on new laptop models however until late 2021 or even 2022.
