There is one RAM slot that has a removable RAM stick and it can support upto 32GB. The RAM or memory stick should be a non-ECC, unbuffered DDR4 3200 SODIMM to be supported by the laptop.

Please try again later.Asus's answer is simply untrue, the system can only be upgraded to 24 gb's as one of the ram sticks is an 8gb soldered stick, the only available ram sticks on the market are usually at the highest, 16gb per stick, meaning the max you could get would be 24gb for a SODIMM DDR4 ram. Also under specifications on best buy, it says the maximum ram that can be installed is 24gb, so no, this system does not support 32gb of ram.
