• As far as I can tell the one on the Asus website has Anime Matrix, and a more powerful GPU. This one has a less powerful GPU and no Anime Matrix (probably why its so much cheaper).

• That model is the top of the line with 32GB a 6800s GPU, and the AniMe Matrix on the back of the screen.
