You can go online and order a Win 11 Pro or Win 10 Pro license and do the "upgrade" yourself if you're up to it, or have Geek Squad do it. We don't know if Best Buy will in the future offer a bigger variety of memory options out-of-the-box. Per my (and others) answers to various similar questions, we know that (of two models offered as of Apr 2022) the cheaper model has 8 GB soldered and an 8 GB stick, so to upgrade RAM on that you replace the 8 GB stick with a 16 GB stick and there seems no way *not to* lose dual channel. But for the more expensive model with 6800S graphics, we are currently unsure if that model comes with just 16 GB soldered, in which case you just add a 16 GB stick to that to get your 32 GB model (and take it to dual-channel), or if, on the other hand, Best Buy's web site statements are correct and that one too comes with 8 GB soldered and an 8 GB stick, such that your options are 16 GB, 24 GB etc. I'm hoping their web site is a typo and the expensive model comes with 16 GB soldered (only) which would give its customers the opportunity to get what they want. But don't bet on it.
