Will there be a version with DDR4 and a 1200p display? The minimal benefit of DDR5 isn't at all worth the current cost, and the pixel density of a 1200p 14" display is so high that 1600p is unnecessary. Just seems like this is expensive for no reason. null

There will not be any different panel options. All models come with the very good new display - they went to a 16:10 aspect ratio this year that is 1600p not 1440p. This is an improvement over last year's models. And probably fixes some (but maybe not all??) of color bleeding problems in previous years' models. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, There will be no DDR4 RAM. All DDR5 RAM. The faster Zen 3+ architecture needs the speed. If you want DDR4, find a deal on last year's model.
