Many of the issues and complaints with the 2021 M16 were heat, poor performance, and constant fan noise. This was due to last year's chip. This 2022 model has Intel's new 2022 Alder Lake CPUs, which are much better performing and don't get as hot. It also comes pre-installed with Win11, so most likely no issues there. This is a solid pickup, especially for $1199.
