QuestionWill not turn on even after hard reset. Has this happened before to others and if so, how do I fix this? Was working fine until I restarted, now will not turn on.

- Answer If the laptop will not boot up, power on, or it's just black screen but the fan, please do the following. Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update were applied successfully. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged. If you need further assistance, please call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. QuestionI just got mine in the mail today, set everything up and was running fine. I left it open to download some stuff on it and I came back and the screen wasn't working. I reset it and it's working, but now the screen flickers every now and again. Why?

- Answer To resolve the flickering, please ensure Windows and drivers are up to date. Also, try connecting it to another known good AC source or power outlet.

- Answer If you're talking about storage. The 2280 in m2 2280 is the length and that'll fit in the Zephyrus M16 laptop. If you're talking about memory/RAM, the crucial CT16G48C40S5 is an example of compatible memory for this laptop.

QuestionHas anyone tried to install and open the Tile app on this PC? When we do, it prompts us to activate the Tile but it refuses to activate anything. It keeps prompting but does nothing. The Tile company says that there isn't one built into this laptop.

- Answer Unfortunately i can't comment on that 1 specific app! I explain! I purchased this laptop as an open box deal in my town and love the PC! But i have also had the same issue with a number of other apps installed when i got it home! I did get some to work after multiple attempts to download, install, register each software! I was considering looking into this as well since Ive only had mine for a few weeks. I can't speak personally for Tile but multiple att fixed a few apps for unknown reasons. If you learn anything new I would appreciate it if you could post that find thank you.

- Answer This is dependent on final price and what your state and local county tax is. In my case it's 8.25% - not inexpensive and definitely needs to be taken into account when deciding on a budget. Good luck!

QuestionI have an ASUS ROG Zehphyrus 16" FHD laptop and want to get a spare charger but see was that go from 120W to 300W (all for this specific laptop) - what watt is this charger and will it be an issue if I took one that has more or less watts?

- Answer The default charger is 240 watt but the maximum type C charging it's supposed to take is 100 watts which wouldn't be ideal while gaming.
