I visited the Best Buy on Yuri Drive and was approached by an employee named Billy who offered assistance. Unfortunately, he spent an excessive amount of time helping other customers, leaving me waiting at the cashier. When I brought this to the attention of Kyra at the register, her response was that Billy was “on his own time” and that this was just how it was. I found this dismissive and frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to wait because staff prioritize their own pace over helping those at the register. While I appreciate helpful employees, this experience highlights a lack of attention to timely customer service and communication.

Setup was straightforward, everything powered on first try, and it runs smooth right out of the box. I’ve been using it for gaming and everyday tasks, and performance has been solid with no crashes or overheating. It handles modern games well, loads fast, and stays relatively quiet under load. For the price point, this is a great entry-level or mid-tier gaming PC if you don’t want to build one yourself. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase. Would recommend for anyone wanting a ready-to-go gaming setup without the hassle.
