Unfortunately, he spent an excessive amount of time helping other customers, leaving me waiting at the cashier. When I brought this to the attention of Kyra at the register, her response was that Billy was “on his own time” and that this was just how it was. I found this dismissive and frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to wait because staff prioritize their own pace over helping those at the register. While I appreciate helpful employees, this experience highlights a lack of attention to timely customer service and communication.
