Q: QuestionThe description and the specifications seem to be at odds for the processor core count and Max-q video card. Can someone respond on what exact processor and graphics this laptop has? The AMD 4800HS should be 8 core, 16 threads.

• A:Answer You are right about the Ryzen-7 4800HS being 8 core/16 thread (per AMD website). This laptop will contain the 4800HS. Not sure where BestBuy got their specs (probably a typo). The RTX2060 Max-Q (6 core) will be used in this laptop (plus a noice 240 Hz refresh rate). Release date from ASUS around mid-June.

I contacted ExCaliberPC (an ASUS vendor) and they told me the following: The release date was pushed back to around the middle of June due to various reasons (COVID-19 probably being one of them). I would assume BestBuy will start carrying them around that time, especially since BestBuy has more purchasing power than a smallish internet computer retailer.
