Yeah turbo mode thinks that’s a stable speed to run under high load, you could set a manual curve if you want 8000 at those temperatures but I haven’t tried those settings yet . I undevolted mine to -75 mV and that has decreased CPU temp quite a bit while increasing performance, haven’t had is single crash from it.
