To ASUS: The "international warranty coverage country list" I found is in nowhere but the *VERY* U.S. ASUS warranty website for this unit: https://rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-m15-series/helpdesk_warranty/ . If this unit does not have international warranty at all, that document should have no business of being there at all. Well, unless you mean the M15 GU502 sold by BestBuy does not have international warranty, but they may have international warranty sold elsewhere.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This model has a 12 month local warranty for the United States only. The link listed here that shows countries you can receive international warranty service is in case the unit has international coverage. This unit does not. https://www.asus.com/support/images/upload/file/20200825140334940_STR1943_NB_International%20warranty%20country%20cover%20list_0811_English.pdf

Please try again later. On the U.S. ASUS ROG site, the specific warranty info. page for M15 GU502 *DOES* have international warranty listed: https://rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-m15-series/helpdesk_warranty/ There are four warranty doucument links on the warranty page. Although in the " US-Retailer Warranty Information Update : November, 2020", it says "ASUS DOES NOT perform warranty service outside of the country where you bought the Notebook. This Warranty applies in the country of purchase." But then it follows by saying "To enjoy comprehensive international warranty service, visit ASUS Service Center website at https://www.asus.com/support or https://rog.asus.com/support for detailed locations." And in the fourth warranty document "International Warranty coverage country Information Update : November, 2020", it has a long list of international warranty coverage countries.
