I used a wd_black SN850 with Heatsink it works amazing.

Get this WD_BLACK 1TB SN750 SE NVMe Internal Gaming SSD it’s a gem 4. Also get some 2mm thick thermal pads to cool it down. This is the setup I am running and it’s very fast.
