QuestionDo you have a configuration of this tablet that offers a SSD ?

- Answer They do not make this model with a true SSD. It is an EMMC drive which is similar to a SSD. But not as fast. It is more like an SD card type flash drive but built into the device. If your looking for a true SSD. You will be paying double to what this tablet costs. This is a great tablet for the price. If you need more processor power or SSD HD. Id go with a Surface Pro 4 but it will cost over 1K to get those options. So for the price. I love mine, it does everything I need it to and I can open several screens all at once and still stream Netflix or YouTube no problem.

- Answer The Asus transformer will do a great job at video chat and online learning. It has a small screen, about the size of an 9 inch iPad, and an Intel Atom Processor. So it may not meet your requirements from that perspective.

QuestionCan I use an SD card reader with a micro USB to load photos onto this tablet via the micro USB port so I can view them? I'd like to use the regular USB port for an external hard drive to back up the photos after I view them.

- Answer Nope, it has a usb 3.0 where you could attach an external cd drive but not one installed. While this is a small laptop, think of it as a tablet with a keyboard.
