Built in drive has an included heat sink sleeve, which can be removed and added to a replacement drive. The primary slot cannot be used with a heat sink, due to cabling overlap. The secondary slot can accommodate a drive with a heat sink, I have installed one myself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The M.2 slot supports SSD Gen 4. A SSD with or without heatsink can be installed on the second M.2 slot. With a heatsink, it will dissipate heat efficiently on the SSD.
