• I had absolutely no errors with mine, works great, hardware and software. Not happy that there's not imaging tool (USB or DVD), but understand why since there's no optical drive included.

• This laptop doesn't include a backpack. It's normal for any computer to keep Windows, BIOS, drivers and applications updated in order to maintain optimum system stability and performance.
