The GPU is definitely the bottleneck on this laptop, I'm not sure where people are getting these ideas about bottlenecks on really fast CPUs. Remember that this is a mobile 4070 it's not the same as a desktop one. It is nice though I have this laptop and it's fantastic. It's still a laptop GPU though but it costs the same as a single desktop card so you can't complain.
