• Search "nvidia rtx 4070 mobile direct-x support" and you will see it has support for DirectX 12 ultimate.

• A Google query states that the Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 Mobile supports Direct X 12 Ultimate so you should be fine. I've had this laptop for a few days and am loving it!
