“Previously I just plugged my external speakers into my old laptop. Same as all my computers for decades. One plug for two speakers plus a small woofer. This apparently does not have that type of jack. What is the best way to get the sound to my speakers?”

There is a port on the front left of the laptop where you can plug in headphones or speakers that use a 3.5mm headphone jack plug
