- Answer This laptop supports up to 32 gigs of RAM, but the problem with going up to 32 is that there's only one stick of RAM that can be swapped. The other 8 gigs is soldered onto the board, so the most you can really use is 24 gigs. To answer your question, more RAM is better, so yes it is better to upgrade it, but 16 is most likely going to be enough for the average person.

- Answer I've found games on my external HDD will do this occasionally. The internal SSD rarely has issues. Check your settings. I rarely run anything past Medium or a hybrid Medium-High Settings to help with FPS and heat.

QuestionI just received mine yesterday and noticed that there were pixels that were not lighting up resulting in small black dots on my screen. Normally I'd ignore it but one is dead center on my screen. Is there anything that I can do regarding this?

- Answer You can try using one of the videos on youtube to attempt to "unstuck" your pixel otherwise it would be best to return/RMA your notebook.

- Answer It's a industry standard screw for RAM, to install and upgrade the memory just unscrew it from the motherboard, install the memory and put the screw back in.

- Answer I believe the dash series is a little thinner and has a metal lid. The Rtx 3060 will offer much better performance than the 3050ti.

QuestionIf I add another NVME drive or add more memory will that void the warranty? I ask because some laptops have a seal on the case that if you break it will void the warranty.

- Answer I do not believe so, Asus has specified the laptop’a upgradability and included an extra sad slot as well as making it easy to replace ram and take off the cover. They also include a manual fork upgrading the laptop so I doubt that it would void the warranty if you are simply replacing ram or adding an extra ssd.
