Yes, it's got Intel's integrated graphics solution built into the CPU. And while it will let you disable it, it's not something I'd recommend. The RTX 3070 runs hot, dirty, and loud. There's really nothing to be gained having it spun up for anything apart from games or other GPU bound jobs. If you have an application that doesn't automatically switch over to using the RTX even though it should, you can use Armory Crate to manually configure it.
