This appears to be right because their RTX 2070s say MAX-Q in the titles. Though an almost identical version of this other product https://www.bestbuy.com/site/msi-gf65-15-6-144hz-gaming-laptop-intel-core-i5-nvidia-geforce-rtx3060-512gb-ssd-8gb-memory-black/6448272.p?skuId=6448272 is MAX-Q on Newegg. Answer: Very likely not MAX-Q which is a good thing. Max-Q is about 10-15% lower in performance.
