“How do I use the Advanced Lighting features for the keyboard? I downloaded the Aura Creator app, ASUS System Control Interface V2 and Armoury Crate from the link provided here by Asus but it didn't work. No devices can be found by Aura Creator.”

• Support told me this laptop is not compatible with the advanced lighting features. I'm not sure why the Asus account keeps posting otherwise on these questions.
