“is there any way i can disable.. the screen turning black after i take out / plug in the charger? also when the desktop loads the screen turns black. so is there any way I can disable those 2 features? Same with press'FN' to change volume and brigthness.”

For the screen turning black, it is the laptop updating the power plan and nothing that I have found will change it, though it only lasts a moment I understand how it can be frustrating. As for the FN keys, click start and then type in "Keyboard Settings". It will be in there.
