“How do I use the Advanced Lighting features for the keyboard? I downloaded the Aura Creator app, but it says there are no available devices. I also used someone's advice here in the Q&A and tried the ROG app, but that also didn't work.”

• Support told me this laptop is not compatible with the advanced lighting features. I'm not sure why the Asus account keeps posting otherwise on these questions.
